Valuehunter -
I don't know why the SEC picked on DCI, but I'm sure the SEC thinks they do. DCI has been very busy. No offense, anyone, but DCI is a young company with very good management that's trying to grow very fast. Management's plan (it seems to me) is to leverage into the communication industry ASAP. They've made some mistakes (ITEL purchase & allowing litigious atmosphere to fester for instance), but overall have succeeded with their plan. When you leverage you usually have thin equity & you're short of cash. I expect the SEC is simply being careful with DCI. And I doubt if DCI mgmt. is as surprised or concerned as others are. They are succeeding with their plan! Good management. ALL OF ABOVE, IMHO!!!!! (be gentle, all).
