Here, historically, 10%/year gain in stock is very good. Dell has gone up about 50,000% in about 10 years. So, if it should revert to the mean it should go to about $1.00.

Peter The dell results were very good I dont understand why there is so much disapointment with shareholdres when Dell shows the Revenue that they do goes back to the mentality of the more someone does the more one expects I guess Then we have many companies out there that dont have any earnings and they are bought up on the expectation that some day they will only hope to have Dells Growth I cant help if you purcase Dell at the current levels and hold for several years you will do just fine it is that some investors find doom and gloom in any thing Maybe I havent been around long enough in the stock game to understand how it works George Schulte

Hi Peter. Welcome to the SI DELL BB. I live in beautiful Miami Lakes, Florida. DELL is and will continue to be a great investment. Micheal Dell has a vision and we will all profit from it. There are many of us who are believers and know a quality company. There was nothing wrong with the report in fact it was GREAT. Did you notice how much cash DELL has? Your question Are these results good or not? YES they are. DELL may not go up as fast as it did before but it will continue to grow. In Nov DELL was $62 pre split and now we are at $44 or $88.00 pre split. I see this as growth. Dorine God Bless
