PRMC did hit .53 before coming back. Long term this should be fine.

But for the short term penny holders, congratulations.

Also, looks like the "revised" OS and float is 7 million and 3 million as per the PRMC message board.

I got my original figures from www.marketmanagement.com

JWG is NEXT. My near term Target is $30. Currently $15 15/16 x $16

JWG is JWGenesis Financial Corp.

Currently they are a retail brokerage, clearinghouse, investment banker all wrapped into one.

PE is 11 currently.

Now the goodies!

They are selling their clearinghouse side of their business for
$58 million dollars CASH

That's $58 million CASH spread out over their 5.7 million shares!

They ALSO own 150,000 shares of NITE!

Last quarter EPS was .60! vs .30 last year.

Downside: no online brokerage but profitable retail brokerage side.

The FUTURE:

Let's think. They are a brokerage about to receive a windfall of
$58 million in cash.

That is a lot of money to do something with.

I believe they will either start an online brokerage OR do a WCAP/CMGI and jumpstart their investment banking side of their business into launching IPO's

Either Way, JWG shareholders win

Get on board before this LAST brokerage play slips on by.
