Confidentiality agreements coupled with a standstill clause prevent any company from increasing their positions in a company while under the agreement. Also the agreement prevents them from acting on the information they have received and launching a hostile takeover. But, that is way way to early to speculate. There will be NO takeovers, period of RKR or for that matter any junior, until majors see what you've got. I have never known of a hostile or friendly takeover based on a geological study...ever.
