May Wall Street agree with you! ;-) Just two comments... 1. Let's say you are losing $10M per year, and you have 10M shares outstanding: You lose $1 per share during that year. You are smart and you are willing to bet that not so many people are so. You issue a bunch of new shares. Let's say 10M shares. Unfortunately, you lose $15M the following year. However, wonderful thing, you calculate that you only lose $.75 per share during this new year. It's amazing, isn't it!? You lose more, but you also increased your EPS by 25%. Miracle management! 2. I don't know who will buy IATV, but I prefer to tell you right away that my dog does not have $100,000M in his bank account. I also remember that less than 2 months ago, everyone on this board agreed that IATV could not be acquired. __________ Champolion
