Terry,

I guess we have a different recollection of the environment that prevailed when AZS was around $17. I still maintain that management did not act in the best interests of the shareholders by withholding ANY possibility of selling the company. By the way, with respect to holding the stock, in part, it was because management were TELLING us they were expecting to be selling the company. We later learned they were selling shares while they were telling us the STORY.

On a side note, before the PDG announcement, I had posted that I felt the trading of AZS unusual. I still find it so, even if there is NO volume. WITH the PDG news, I had expected AZS to drop sharply. It did not.

What is going on? Ideas on this?
