Yet another BRCD S-1/A:

FreeEdgar keeps sending me the links. It is amendment number four. They all appear to be modifications of the voluminous original S-1 and I don't have time to look for the differences. I searched the document for references to CLARiiON and Bull - there were no references.

The filing date is yesterday: "19990518"

Has anyone seen the S-1s presented like this before?

Lin,

Most vendors in this market have not announced via a PR who is evaluating their offering, as this has typically been done under NDA with the potential OEM. None of these evaluators are Tier I level OEM's at this time and several are not Tier II.

Much more interesting is the names NOT included. I would conclude absolutely nothing from this piece of "Me Too" ReleaseWare. I'm sure we will hear more from Vixel in the future.
