>>>REITs are oversold using the 7 day envelopes<<<

This "pop" today is still better than I expected. CLI is leading this top ten list ...http://quote.yahoo.com/q?s=HOT+PSA+AIV+CLI+EOP+DRE+EQR+SPG+RA+NXL&f=snlcvi

I do know that new construction spending is slowing and with this list of all star tenants the cream does rise to the top.

Richard: We got another boost from the guest on WS Week last night. He wouldn't say which REIT's he was buying, but he did say he was still in the process of doing the same. He said he was rotating within the sector also. ( probably from larger cap issues that have led the advance into smaller cap's.)( also mentioned he was 35% cash )

Looks like NXL HOT WDN PLD CEI LRY have a ways to go------ASN VNO SPK look like they are topping out.. The indexes have been boosted by the big cap issues many smaller cap issues left to participate.......

Next week should be a good week, especially Mon and Tue from the boost on WSWeek.
