<<Greenspan has forsaken:>> In the same way that Ayn Rand left Russia ?

In her letters she told of being a young women in evil Russia and knew
that she would not accept such a life. Either fight the system on its
own turf and be physically crushed, or leave Russia.

She took the stand that anything accepted between correct and incorrect
would eventually become incorrect. Black or white, no gray to her.

I disagree in that the correct thing for her to do to fight the evil
system was to join it and work from the inside to crush it, rather than
escape away from the evil where it cannot touch her, the USA.

She was correct in her observations that those who questions the system
directly from the outside were deal with strongly and forcefully stopped.

To me Greenspan has not choosen evil over good, but has entered the camp
of those who wish the gold standard to cease, thereby limiting the havoc they will cause, and hopefully being able to salvage the mess that will happen.
