Exceptional revenue growth.

You got no disagreements here. This is a wonderful company and they outperformed the market, with the exception of the whisper numbers.

Shame on those who whisper,

Mark A. Peterson

I don't think so. Following is an article from Street Life:

DELL: THE REALLY BIG NEWS.... Besides the switch
in Fed policy, the real story on everyone's mind
Tuesday was the earnings report from Dell. After
the close, the Texas-sized (and Texas-based)
seller of computers reported first-quarter income
of 16 cents a share, in line with Wall Street's
expectations. The fact that Dell didn't beat the
treet, as it almost always does, will likely put
some pressure on Dell shares Wednesday. Another
cause for concern: Gross margins shrank from 22.4%
in Q4 to 21.5% in Q1 on pricing pressure. In
after-market trading, Dell was trading at $41 3/8,
down from a close of $44 1/16.
