Hand position on the shaft is extremely important. Don't want a death grip on it. Need to hold it gently, like you were holding the beating heart of a little bird. You got to feel the head in your hands.

Private lessons are the only kind I give. That group stuff is too watered down. You have to promise to practice a lot though if I give you tips.
