Great rap Foxy... The numbers and the team... obviously it is more difficult to get accurate data regarding the team as opposed to the financials... but I must agree with you that the team is what eventually drives the numbers. Of course, your principle does not work in all circumstances. If there are no hydrocarbons, there is no revenue. And if there are phenomenal reserves, then some mismanagement can be absorbed. But within the middle 90% of the log normal curve of distribution of reserves in various prospects, I think your "team" concept is absolutely correct. Paul L. Craig
