x, my guess is Mr. Pink shorts NAVR and not IDTC. I think the gap at the open will not be the high. KLOC/US Search and NAVR/NetRadio are not in the same class as IDTC/N2P. N2P has top notch shareholders (Softbank, GE, AOL), is underwritten by top tier WS firms (HQ, BT Alex Brown, and Bear Stearns), has major alliances (AOL, Netscape, Prodigy, ZDNet and many many more), is in the hot internet telephony market. I think IDTC will continue to run after tomorrow. Plenty of good trading opportunities going forward.

DLIA jumped to high teens on the iTurf S-1 filing, but then went on to trade as high as 40 afterwards. One of the main reasons is the top tier underwriters for iTurf.

Regards,

Tom

CONGRATULATIONS all on another successful backdoor play
You all know the routine, the bigger the gap the more you sell & the faster it will fall.
Roll it into NAVR for a few weeks, now is when NAVR will have its biggest gains. NETR IPO looks to be happening at the end of MAY or 1st week in june.

NAVR then KLOC then IDTC
Good luck to all!!

x, I am not so sure that the high for the day will be at the open (assuming it does not gap up a huge amount). It should make a serious bid at the 52 week high (around 35) tomorrow. The daytraders will probably jump all over it.

The softbank part is probably factored in the stock price. The AOL/GE part is probably not factored in. This is unlike NAVR where a major part of the NetRadio effect has been factored in the stock price for a long time.

The softbank/GE/AOL investments are more strategic investments than pure venture capital. This is a potential source of mega-hype.

I will probably be shorting sometime soon (probably late tomorrow or Thursday) depending on where and how IDTC trades.

Regards.
