I doubt amzn will split its stock while it is at 132. Maybe they'll get the shares ready, then wait till they're higher, like 170, to split. As far as effect on share price, I just don't know. I hope there isn't anyone dumb enough to be fooled by a split. But I have been badly wrong on amzn in the past.
