Keep in mind that the V3 was essentially "free" from a product development standpoint. The big picture here is that V3 bought the Rampage team another 6 months of development time (starting about 3 months ago). The other big-picture thing here is how quickly the synergy between the STB guys and the 3dfx guys has paid off with the addition of the TV features (and cool Pod connector) to the 3500. Expect the STB side of the house to add some more "out-of-the-box" thinking to the mix. Chip stockcharts.com
