I believe it will be less than 800,000 - I think that 300K will be restricted for a short while. 500 will be the float.

All I know is that when I bought, everything was a double print...Im sure the volume probably represents that..
If there are many shares in float MMs sure don't have them..USCT tried to hold at .18 on close...I think he sold about 400K there...ran to .2 after close...I got most mine early...and a small amount at .18 just to see if he was really selling there....
