ACRT mgt---Ricearoni, Spazz and Stinky are harder to get rid of than cockroaches and miraculously, the scummers managed to get a credit line from ING Barings. Nevertheless, the company remains overvalued and He suspects (although He has no confirmation of this) that insiders continue to sell stock in secret off-shore transactions. Alas, mr. P$nk covered as He felt that regulators would be slow to shut this company down. MP
