The Proxy

I voted my proxy online yesterday and I encourage everyone who owns stock in Gatefield to do the same. I would like to make two points in an attempt to influence your voting.

1) the reverse split will not get Gatefield back on the NASDAQ. The only reason for a reverse split is to sell more stock and further dilute the current holdings. If Gatefield and Idanta had been interested in having Gatefield listed on the NASDAQ why didn't they keep GATE there to begin with? GATE has a product ready for market and can borrow enough money to keep the company going until the cash starts pouring in.

2) I found it impossible to vote for any board member associated with Idanta. Idanta is for Idanta and they have no interest in the equity of GATE shareholders. You can vote for or against any individual board member.

Protect your equity and vote. Every share counts.
