Sarah,...I did read the item that Danny published as well as nord's item. Although it is specifically stated that there is no interest on the $6.3 Mil, it did say that a royalty would be paid by Spectrum. Is the royalty only paid until the $6.3 Mil is recovered by the Government? If there are no restrictions on how the money is to be used, then that could be a good deal for Spectrum. I'd guess that there are restrictions, but they could be minor. I hope the Government's focus on jobs isn't too burdensome. I did seem to see a discrepancy where the Government says 183 jobs and Spectrum says 75. There may not be a discrepancy if we consider the nature of the jobs as described. Both the Government and Spectrum seem to see a doubling of jobs in any case. Doubling is a pretty drastic move unless you are in a position where drastic moves (and gambles) are needed. None of the new products will be available this year (very understandable). Spectrum has not been very good at predicting the timing and amount of sales of their old product lines so it is hard to believe that they will do better on some brand new products, but we can hope for the best. In any case, we should all have some concern about these drastic changes in the Company's focus just when we were hoping that a ramp up in sales of existing products (without any major changes) would lead to improved profitability.
