Bought IDTC several weeks ago higher than I would have liked. It has dropped significantly over the last couple of weeks, but I've not been shaken. IDTC is solid. Upgrades,institutional buying, and NEW developments over the next couple of weeks will take it higher not but over the long run,not just tomorrow - imo.

Condor, I believe we can expect upgrades within the next week, it will take a few days for the analysts to study the prospectus--some may want to wait until earnings are announced, but some should come sooner. Some institutions will start buying soon and others will wait for analyst upgrades to cover their asses, IMO.
