Thanks for your input. I apologize for my ignorance but I don't understand what you mean by 10M coming in the second quarter. I read a lot of the SEC filings and don't remember any mention of 10 million shares. According to the 3rd quarter 10Q there approx. 3 million shares issued and outstanding as 10/31/98. As for the 13Ds, unless I'm mistaken, they are all issued to insiders, except for Andrew Jay. The 13D issued 4/19/99 I believe should not be for UNIVEC but should be for AIPN.
