Go to Plan C. Neutral - as in more testing, broader area, etc - how to spin it, how to make it sound better without pissing off SEC NASD? Call all the lawyers in, it HAS to at least sound promising. Real Positive - like Guidoesque positive - hate to say it, but IMO it's not - if it was, we'd know it, and not from El Dario.

any idea of how soon GE will have before they must disseminate the information in the BD report? I do not BELIEVE they are under any oblgation to desiminate any information until they are satisfied the BD report is complete and accurate. Thus one must define complete and accurate? O kay everybody go for it. I further believe they do not have to release any information if there is no material effect on the company??? Thus the longer we wait for information the more likely it is negative as positive information would mayerially affect the company, negative information can not worsen the situation, just look at the financial condition of GE Just my thoghts, getting tired of the wait, but they are still doing things and that is positive.
