Day Trader, regarding your posting:

My comment about a free fall was a joke. Go back and see my original posting.

As far as downgrades is concerned, the next week should tell the story.

No drop in price tomorrow, well, we shall see.

I agree with you about not seeing a free fall tomorrow. I am reminded now about all of the posts that said DELL would run to 50 prior to earnings. Well, it never got there. If we had any kind of an earnings run it was the 2+ points we went up the other day. Aside from that, which seems to have evaporated in the after hours trading, there is not much "run up" left to give back.

Just as some of the "the sky's the limit" folks wrongly predicted 50 and beyond prior to earnings, now the "doom and gloomers" are predicting the bottom is about to drop out on DELL. I don't think either extreme is to be trusted. We didn't blow away the estimates, and didn't/won't get a great run in the price, nor did DELL do badly all things considered, and won't be hammered severely. While there may be some pull back in the price tomorrow, I doubt that it will be long before we are back up to current levels and rising again.
