Off topic. HandsOn, you're very welcome for the links. As for the compliments, thanks but...I really don't want to be relied on or viewed in that manner. Too much weight.

I have to stress that TA can kill ya until you get it right. It can do and usually does do more harm than good early on. Once you get it, admittedly it's a plus but the learning curve can be a disastrous time.
