Sure here's the plan. Kitco goz public, as "CYBER-KITCO-SCAPE", takes in $35 bill or so at the IPO, and finally succeeds in raising the POG by offering to buy all the IMF and BOE gold on the blocks in one shot.

The prices at that site are awesome. Every time I call a coin dealer, I have to put up with a heavy sales pitch for Numismatics. At Kitco you can buy and sell 24 hrs a day. I tried to buy some 10 oz bars from Monex and the premium was gigantic. 10 oz ers at Monex are trading sardines only.
