Ron, According to Lewis Taylor earnings are late but will be released no later than June 15th. Deloitte Teusch is doing their books for the first time and that is the delay. DT of course won't sign off quarterlies without auditing several years back. The 1st fully reported financials. Very exciting stuff. I realize it is his job to hype but he said when these next earnings are reported the price will go up in dollars not cents. If you have tried to contact Lewis lately he has been hard to reach. He was just moved from Vancouver BC down to California. For his job he needed a better hub to work from for traveling, and representatives visiting him. They are confident that they will get their price up high enough on fundamentals but I suspect a reverse split might happen if necessary. I don't own any shares, I will buy in at or around .65 or on June 1st, whichever comes first. Don't expect any fancy announcements before then, I think the price will continue to sag. My brother keeps buying more shares to average down. He's a bit nervous as you can imagine but even at avg: .93 I think he will do well. The last big run was to 2.25 and I expect the next one to push at least 2.50. Good luck!
