Cacaito, I sincerely apologize if I have offended you. Please don't take me that seriously! No way was my intent to be hostile. I have enjoyed our discussions and have benefited greatly from your posts. One only has to read a few of your posts to know you are very intelligent and extremely well versed and it is a privilege for me to banter back and forth with you.
