<..GSA could be any day, and we may or may not be part..> Well, AT&T snuck in and stole all three of this round of the GSA MAAs from WCII: "AT&T to Provide Local Service to the Federal Government in Chicago, New York, and San Francisco; Federal Customers to Benefit from the Introduction of Local Competition" biz.yahoo.com Likely why WCII sold off near the close today, and though disappointing, since these WEREN'T modeled in, they aren't a negative to any model. And there WILL be others.
