In time we will know. And I am sure it will be good. Without news we may go down to 4 1/2 tomorrow. I hope we can get above 5 and base there but doubt it will happen unless we have news. Yahoo board is excited. So maybe I am wrong. Then again maybe we will have some news. But be patient. We will know soon enough. Cheer up and watch Smother Brothers censured video's. Don Knots is good!

Generally agree with you and Ed, Dave ....we'll see. One faint possibility is that TVontheWeb itself will be using the money to acquire another operation. Slight possibility that they ran into a bargain too. That which enhances its value will enhance AXC's also of course.My best guess...and it is just that...is that Ampex ran into more investment banker enthusiasm for a rapid IPO than they may have anticipated ......or some event will soon be taking place that would bolster the reception to such an IPO. I doubt this will delay the exercise of the Reiter's option. But no way to know for sure but wait.
