All,

Found both of these articles one after the other on Broadcasting and Cable tonight. Thought is was interesting, but it may have been a coincidence. For those of you who don't know, Source Media is supposedly providing the “local on-demand weather” function in the new version. I thought that ACTV would be playing more of a role in the new version and I know for a fact that they are using our technology. I don't know if we have worked out a deal for any of the new services such as the “interactive advertising”, or if we will get any recognition on the new system next month. The next version is going to utilize much more of our technology.......

TV Guide Interactive grows
TV Guide Interactive (formerly Prevue Interactive) now has more than 2 million subscribers and is growing at the rate of more than 5,000 homes a day, TV Guide says. Executives at the company expect AT&T's pending acquisition of MediaOne to have a positive impact on TV Guide Interactive thanks to TV Guide's affiliation agreement with AT&T. TV Guide Interactive intends to unveil a new version of the guide at the National Cable Show in Chicago next month. The new guide, which will feature an on-screen graphic design, interactive advertising, local on-demand weather, and enhanced parental controls, will be available to cable system operators in the third quarter.

Source cuts loss
Source Media cut its net loss by 5.6% to $9 million, or 70 cents per share, on revenues of $4.9 million, down 6.1%. The company cited a decrease in audiotex, or electronic publishing, sales as the reason for the revenue decline. Gross profits also declined, falling 22.2% to $2.3 million. On the plus side, Source reduced its operating loss 12.1% to $5.4 million

Jack, you are the best...

I don't know if I want to comment.

A few points...

I made more money on IATV than you will make this year if you make
less than $100K each year.

I lost a lot of money on IONA, and RAIN.
I currently lose quite a bit of money on GERN, but I expect that to
change real soon. You think you know how many people will want to
pay for individualized TV, but did you wonder how many people will
pay to age slower?

Your selective reading is not a proof of your kindness.

You are wrong about Buffet. You obviously ignore what he did while
holding Delta.

Finally, I'm not a billionaire, and I will never be a billionaire.

I think I have been straightforward on this board, and I wonder what
did upset you in my words.
