Dear Dorine,
That may be the Series F folks. Hopefully the FAQ will be updated with a clarification if that is the case, as we have been told time
and again that they would not come to Market. Also, looks like we may as well rent some furniture for the Pink house, going to be here for at least another week.,,Barbara

I find it interesting that Dominion Capital Fund and Sovereign
Partnership are both shareholders of restricted securities of DCI.
Very COINCIDENTAL that both submitted their 144's on May 1, 1999.
I, as a meager small time investor, only became aware of the suspension
on MAY 3, 1999. On top of their many other attributes, is it possible
that the SEC is good at leaking information to bigger players?.....V

Dorine,

It's interesting that All the negative happened almost at same time:
Lawsuit,SEC suspension, 1 million shares 144 filing

Sovereign Partnership is also the company filing more than 200,000shares 144 on 10/21/1998 when DCTC reached its low, it's funny
it seems they like to sell at the bottoms

I am confused.
