The on-line tracker could have enormous usage -- business and moms:

track your fleet of trucks.
keep track of valuable equipment.
know where your car is.
know where your kid is.

what gets me is the more universal use of the internet by normal people, and plus also businesses --

If MEO is going to sell this product cheap, and charge for internet-usage-sign-up, I see a massive potential market.
