Customers Overwhelmingly Choose Oracle Payroll to Accommodate
Diverse Payroll Policies on a Global Scale

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Oracle
Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCL) today announced that 150 customers
worldwide have gone live on Oracle Payroll, enabling them to define
and manage their complex payroll requirements and to provide total
compensation management for employees. Buffalo Rock, Franklin
Covey, Morrison Knudsen, Precision Response Corporation and
Sunterra Corporation are among some of the most recent customers
that have gone live with Oracle Payroll.

Part of the fully-integrated Oracle Human Resources Management
System (HRMS), Oracle Payroll is a high-performance, rules-based
payroll management system designed to keep pace with changing
enterprise and workforce needs. The comprehensive solutions enable
fast, flexible, and accurate payroll processing from time capture to
ledger costing.

Salt Lake City, Utah based Franklin Covey, the premier personal and
organizational effectiveness firm in the world, has recently completed a
rapid implementation of Oracle Human Resources and Oracle Payroll
to replace its outdated legacy systems and streamline non-integrated
payroll processes.

"The recent implementation of Oracle Human Resources and Oracle
Payroll has allowed Franklin Covey to move to a single, integrated high
performance system that processes payroll and maintains critical human
resource data," said Jack Theler, chief financial officer, Franklin Covey.
"In addition, we needed to get our applications running quickly. Oracle
Consulting, in conjunction with our internal team, was able to deliver a
successful implementation of the Oracle Payroll application in just over
3 months for more than 3,500 Franklin Covey employees," said Theler.

The application architecture of Oracle HRMS enables seamless global
consolidation of information. The product provides a rich international
infrastructure while supporting the legislative, cultural, and functional
requirements for organizations. Oracle HRMS comprises Oracle
Human Resources, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Training Administration,
Oracle Time Management, and Oracle Self-Service Human Resources.
These applications unite process automation with complete information
access, allowing better decision making.

"Oracle Payroll is the premier global payroll application available in the
market today," said Joel Summers, vice president of HRMS
development, Oracle Corp. "With more than 150 customers live on our
payroll solution and localizations in the United States, United Kingdom,
Japan, South Africa and Canada, as well as work progressing on a
number of new countries, we continue to deliver on our promise to
provide our customers with the most powerful and flexible HRMS
solutions to meet their global business needs."
