Yes, but if you can buy $100 million in sales for $275 million in stock... and your valuation is 20x sales... that's rather cheap, don't you think? In fact its value goes up 10x once assimilated.

This is much more intelligent and to the point than AMZN buying a piece of technology worth a few months' development time for $650 million. That I still don't get.
