Another possible use, perhaps more viable, for blood sugar level tracking is in athletes. This is a hot topic in bodybuilding and perhaps other athletic endeavors which burn a lot of calories. As I understand it, the
body responds to food intake differently depending on the blood sugar level at the time of the intake. Blood sugar levels could be one of the components in an overall fitness charting program. For that matter, it seems that anyone who desires to regulate their weight in any way (ie gain or lose weight) could benefit from knowing how their blood glucose levels respond to food intake, and how their food absorption is affected by their blood glucose levels.
