Yup, gotta keep the head on...and hope everyone else loses it for awhile. No real way to call perception on something like this.

idtc has some unique points that should help prevent the hang-over effect after the ipo, unless it runs up to far. so far idtc continues to be undervalued.

1. insiders control over 50% of the stock

2. institutions own over 20%

3. no wild mood swings for idtc on its current rise. idtc is not a speculative bubble, but has moved on news not speculation and moved in ranges.

4. underlying business tied to spinoff - ntop and idtc have synergies with idtc having the network, and ntop the product.

5. idtc continues to be leader in other areas (pre-paid phone minutes).

6. idtc underlying network being voip ready, still is not fully valued and will soon be ds3

7. they also make an voip switch - csco paid 1 billion for a voip switch company. lu, t, and others also see voip as the future.

8. isp, currently they are reviving genie and we shall hopefully see the benefits of this.

9. idtc is a worldwide network, not local or regional

10. ntop spinoff will add about .10 to earnings.

11. idtc shareholders will get shares of ntop.
