Gerald: Great Post-right on the money. This decision is just another attempt by some judge from the left to legislate from the bench. This will get tossed out at a higher level. The contract was a legal contract and therefore this decision strikes at the very heart of commerce and redefines the bounds of part time employment. This judge must think he is in some socialist oriented European country.
