kapkan4u, Re: I am a shareholder and I am pretty mad with INTC's paranoia toward a company 1/15 of their size

Will you attend the shareholder's meeting ? That is where you
should voice you anger.

Or if you feel that would be useless, vote with your money and
quit being as the shareholder. Unless your holding is very
very large, you won't have problem unloading it within minutes.

kapkan4U -

So suppose your strategy would be to incorporate this nonsense:

Message 9579625

I believe the stock would be hurt worse if Intel were to report shrinking market share. NEVER NEVER EVER!!! cede market share when you have a profitable response. You sell your future once you go down that road. This is just basic business principles. If you don't agree, why don't you start up an x86 competitor, and implement your sound strategies.

kapkan4u,

I am also a shareholder but I am quite happy with Intel's decision to not cede any market share to AMD. Intel makes a profit on these sales.

If you disagree that much with Intel's policies, you ought to become an ex-shareholder.

I don't believe Intel's policy is about to change so I suggest a good time would be in the am.

I am a shareholder and I am pretty mad with INTC's paranoia toward a company 1/15 of their size. They are trying to kill a fly with a hammer, but instead just smashing their own fingers.

Why do you think AMD is only 1/15 the size of INTC?

If you're mad with Intel then sell. By owning the stock you've hired the management. If you don't like them then fire them by selling it. Or is someone holding a gun to your head and making you keep the stock?
