Actually DELL is still at a level where anyone who has held it for a year or more has excellent profits. Every stock ought to be sold at some point, and anyone who has doubled, tripled, or quadrupled her or his capital can get out and qualify for capital gains tax.

The odds of further large gains in the stock don't look so good right now.
