Great now that you have admitted to getting shares from MDCE and possibly other companies at a discounted rate or the bid as you say I have a few questions... 1.) Why did you not disclose you bought these large number of shares from the company/companies? Since if you had bought in the market you would not have been able to get all those shares at the bid nor at a constant price so basically you were given an advantage. Never the less and remember now I have been before the SEC so I am merely asking you simple questions they would want to ask you. Oh and there you will be under oath and they will have your checking accounts, savings account and trading logs. 2. How many shares did you get either free or at a low cost (at the bid) in this particular stock that you did not disclose? 3. Why did you not buy the stock on the open market where your buying would have raised the price that you have posted on as a private investor? 4. Did you sell these low cost large number of shares you bought from these company/companies while posting positive information on SI or any media vessel? 5. Are you now posting negatively to cause the stock to fall as a tactic to get more shares either in the open market or directly from the company? Simple questions ... I told you last year I am a very very patient man. I know the internet and the posters VERY well plus I pick my battles very, very dilberately. Problem is, I am very cognitive now not like I was last year when I was ignorant. :-) GB
