Dead Money?

I guess I wouldn't be surprised by a period of consolidation, but I don't see a dormant stock price for a prolonged period. This stock seems to rise and then plateau and channel for a while before the next jump. I am betting that this pattern will continue due to mgmnt's aggressive growth strategy via buildout and acquisition, domestically and abroad. I made the mistake of trying to predict a technical top a while back and selling some covered calls at the money in order to generate some cash. My calls were assigned within a week when the stock smashed through the supposed "channel" top. I, for one, will not repeat the mistake of trying to game this classic thoroughbred. Staying long fwiw

William: I am not so presumptuous as to tell YOU how to
invest...we each have our own method and goals. I am not
a "timer"...wasn't even when I was a broker (for some 16+
years). But, just as a poser to you - when was MSFT too high
(to continue buying)??? The point being - we CAN'T see the future
very far ahead. What kind of a company will LVLT be in 3, 5, 10
years? I guess I "see" bigger things coming than you. That's
O.K....there are lot's of other stocks (companies) out there.
Best to you.
