Holding a few shares of NORE is a terrific reminder that most penny stocks go down most of the time. The little voice in my head says,"You already blew $5K on Noram, do you really want to waste more on another penny?"

Answer always comes out clear for me. Then I remember that CMGI is a 7-bagger since I first bought last December, and I go off to look for the next good NASDAQ play.

My next piece for TigerInvestor.com will be about how to balance your portfolio (along the 50% Gains criteria of course). Any suggestions for questions I should address? I plan to do the tech/non-tech, Core/50% Gains and sector balance issues. Along with a less than flattering view of that people usually hear from their broker.

Maybe all the brokers will get mad at me this time. At least they are probably potty-trained.

USAB - this chart looks like a descending wedge ready to break out. Thinking about getting in again after watching this puppy build a base for the past month.

Thoughts?
