No, Bob, this is definitely not for real. Bill Murphy has been arrested a number of times by the State of New York for selling the Brooklyn Bridge to naive Canadian/Australian visitors -- and the law firm of Berger & Montague has defended him each time. So far he has sold the bridge 73 times, and his payments to the Berger firm for his defence (paid from the bridge sale proceeds) has been enough to keep the firm prosperous. I hate to break this news to you, Doug, but it had to be done. Phil
