i think we have a little way to go. i believe the sec uses 60 days to review the filing. any errors may take a week or more to fix. then the road show, usually 2-3 weeks. this may not be necessary with idtc. the big players are in place. pricing and sale 1 week. i agree idtc is going up and it will be huge before it is over. i am just saying it won't be over today. although i do agree we will be up today probably substantially. i think idtc starts to really hit its highs about 3-6 months after the ipo. then we will have seen a coupla post ipo quarterlys. many will be shocked at how high that will be and saddened that they sold early.
