Joe, All:

This is the point that I continue to worry about. Pretty fundamental point, too. Where is the upside for IDTC if normal long distance calls are down to 5 cents per minute?

The long distance carriers are diversifying to local service, broadband, etc. Maybe because there's diminishing profit in long distance.

Maybe this is why we can't stay above $30.
