I'll add two cents! This is really funny to me. I see people accusing others of getting cheap shares and pumping and dumping the stock. When I know that some of the accusers have received cheap shares of the same or other companies! And, besides that, the "free" shares, I don't know of anyone (that is involved in this discussion) that has recieved free shares. Looks to me like they are attacking each other to expose the other one or are ticked because they missed the deal. I haven't figured that out yet. BTW, I have tried to get discounted shares too, but I was a few weeks or months late. :^( I have bought restricted stock in other companies at a discounted price. But remember, the rules have changed. Also, I personally contacted the companies that are being discussed (and others) and management told me that they were "harrassed" by investors (which are posting on this thread) to the point they wouldn't take their calls anymore. The whole story I'm sure will never be told, much less understood. BTW, I held a boat load of MDMI stock for over a year, Bought and sold some along the way and still hold quite a bit. (of course that's just me making a claim) <g> Whichever way the stock goes, I'm ready! Now continue! Happy investing! KZAP
