Look at it this way Kathy, the stock owes you! I think afci easily goes back to 14 soon, is there a trade there for you?? You will have to make up your own mind. I personally feel that Soundview knows that a contract is comming soon and that is why they put out the buy rating a few days ago, to make themselves look good when this thing explodes up on contract news. Play the contract runup, and then dump if you dont have confidence in the company. Good Luck. P.S. I am holding 3k shares.
