If this has already been mentioned or is already present on the site, I apologize.

I'd love to see a prescription drug area where you could type in the name of a prescription that, for example, has been prescribed to your child. And up would pop a whole plethora of information on the drug. Not just a little tidbit of info but a whole writeup of it's history and origins, sideffects and reactions, dosages, whether or not one should then be in the sun, take Tylenol in addition, etc and of course the ultimate confoundment, "to refrigerate or NOT to refrigerate"? Kinda like these 1-page stock summaries that blitz you with info...something along those lines.

It would also be neat if you could type in 2 prescription names to see if they are compatible, like for instance last night, when my kid's doc said a certain 2 antibiotics for 2 different ailments would work fine together. When the pharmacist laughed at me and said the 2 would cancel one another out and NEITHER would work, it was disconcerting to say the least. Would have been nice to come home and get the REAL scoop off the net in a matter of keystrokes rather than wait on hold for 15 minutes to talk to a hurried nurse who relays your message in its unoriginal form to a hurried doctor and 1 hour later you get an unimpressive answer to the wrong question.

If it was done real professional, I would think you'd grab a huge market of people wanting for information, information and more information on this type of thing.

Along those lines, another area for diseases, etc. would be nice. One where you could type in for example, Lupus, and in ten minutes of reading blitzed at you, one could know more than your just diagnosed Grandmother found out from her doctor in 2 days of testing. I've seen something along these lines elsewhere, but the results were completely underwhelming, more along the lines of a simple definition.

Just thinking a little this morning.

Just did some searching on at the site, and actually quite a bit of what I was mentioning was already there. I love the ability to use the alphabet to find your prescription. Wonder if they can have some doctors and/or pharmacists cross-reference them to know if any given 2 are compatible or not.
