Hi Luc

Well looks like we should start seeing the cycle again. Should see 3rd party insider buying at an up in price with low daily volume. Then depending who the financing deal is with (I'm hoping American) and if these people have their own promo people to activate various house buying (hopefully american this time) we should see good movement.
