The picture on AGN did have the proverbial "RF shield box" with what appeared to be two F connectors exiting the back side. The heat sink even has a cutout where the box impinges on its space. It was really nice to see a pre-production board with no fan on it.

Notice there is another large chip on the board. Probably the TV out.
I also just noticed "Phillips" is inscribed on the RF box.

Do all TNT2's have fans or only Ultras? Reliability and cost are significantly affected by the inclusion of a fan on a shipping board.
